Fee schedule
In accordance with French regulations (order of 10 January 2017), we publish our maximum fees, including VAT, and the party responsible for paying them.

- Fees are calculated on the sale price and include VAT at the applicable rate.
- The exact amount and the party paying it are specified in the mandate signed with the client.
- Under article 6 of French law no. 70-9 of 2 January 1970, no fee is due until the transaction has actually been completed and recorded in writing.
